The breakfast served each morning was fantastic and filling.
We encountered multiple issues during our stay. When we requested a room change, we were refused, and the staff were not only unhelpful but also dismissive about the mold problem. Overall, our experience left much to be desired.

Oh, where do I begin? No air conditioning in my suite was beyond disappointing in the sweltering summer heat. Additionally, I would have loved a complimentary upgrade to make up for the struggles, but that was clearly wishful thinking.

Couples looking for luxury
The staff were very warm, I felt like I was walking into my own home every time I came back. They even let us check in late after a delayed flight, which was a lifesaver.
It was pricey for what you get, but honestly worth it.

The cave room was beautifully decorated and spacious, creating a unique atmosphere that enhanced our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of exceptional options, including a delightful pork belly dish.
